A dream come true and an answered prayer; our journey in food business started in 2008 when my mother decided to start making piaya. She got the recipe in 1980 when she was still working in a delicacies business in Oton then borrowed 5,000 pesos for the capital from a microfinance. She peddled her piaya in our town in Tubungan and many people found her piaya delectable; it was then that her business started to grow.
For her it was a dream come true and for me as his son, it was an answered prayer, because three years prior I have asked God to give my parents a stable source of income. And after 3 years of praying to the Lord, He granted my heart's desire. Truly nothing is impossible with God. My father then stopped working as a construction labor and helped my mother in running and growing the business.
